Shipping Policy

Delivery Area

We currently ship exclusively within Germany. At this time we are not able to deliver to addresses outside Germany.
 

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping options at checkout.

Standard shipping is free of charge and takes 4 to 5 business days from the day your order is dispatched.
 

Express shipping costs 2.95 euros and includes shipment insurance. It takes 3 to 5 business days from the day your order is dispatched.
 

Delivery times are counted in business days and do not include weekends or public holidays. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email, including tracking information where available.
 

Prices and Taxes

As we ship only within Germany, all prices shown at checkout include statutory value added tax, where applicable. There are no customs duties or import charges to worry about, since all deliveries stay within Germany.
 

Order Processing

We process and dispatch orders on business days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

Please double check your delivery address before completing your order. Once your order has been dispatched, we can no longer guarantee that changes to the address or shipping method can be made. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@boravexti.com with your order number, and we will do our best to help.
 

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us at info@boravexti.com with your order number so we can look into it and, where applicable, send a replacement or process a refund.
 

Warranty

The statutory warranty under German law applies to all products purchased from boravexti.com. If you have any questions or concerns about your order or a product, you are welcome to reach out to us at any time at info@boravexti.com.
