Returns and Refunds

As a consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason. This page explains how that right works and how to use it.

Your Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your contract with us within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party you have named who is not the carrier, took physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You can reach us at:

You are welcome to use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but you do not have to. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the 14 day period has expired.

What Happens After You Withdraw
If you withdraw from your contract, we will refund all payments we received from you, including the original delivery costs (except for any extra costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will refund you using the same payment method you used for your original purchase, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you, and you will not be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.

You must send the goods back to us without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 day period has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods to us.

Condition of Returned Goods
Please return items unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and labels wherever possible. If the value of the goods has been reduced because of handling beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and function, we may deduct this reduction in value from your refund.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. This applies in particular to cosmetics and personal care products, such as opened skincare, makeup, or similar items, where the hygiene seal has been broken.

How to Start a Return
Email us at info@boravexti.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will get back to you with the return address and any further steps. Please pack your return securely and include your order number or delivery note if you can.

Once your return arrives with us, we typically process it within 3 to 6 business days. If an item arrives damaged or there is an issue with the return, processing may take a little longer, up to around 10 business days.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know as soon as possible at info@boravexti.com with a short description of the issue and, if possible, a photo. This right of withdrawal policy does not affect your statutory warranty rights for defective goods, which apply regardless of the 14 day withdrawal period.

Exchanges
If you would like a different size, shade, or variant of a product, simply contact us at info@boravexti.com with your order number, and we will let you know if the item you would like is available for exchange.
